Found a video with Steve Nash going through a workout. It is amazing to see his work ethic and skill level. It is very obvious that he has worked very hard at becoming the best he can be:

Nash's commentary throughout the workout is worth listening to for young players. At the end of the clip, they show his overall stats for the workout. If you have 20 minutes, it is definitely worth watching!
